Young's Jersey Dairy

The next day we planned a trip to the Young's Jersey Dairy near Dayton. Since it was Easter they had an Easter egg hunt that we were thinking letting the kids participate in. It was a little crazy and they didn't have it split up for ages so we decided to forgo the egg hunt.
They did have a fun putt putt course that Papa treated us to for a fun activity. All the kids were pretty excited to play all together. With as many people we had with us we ended up splitting up into three different groups.
With splitting up this helped the game go a little faster as well as keep the kids busy playing instead of standing and watching everyone else. It was nice because we were able to switch around the teams from time to time so we still were able to play with everyone.
This was Livvy's first real experience with trying out the putt putt course. Not that you can expect a lot from a 14 month old but she was very excited bout her pink golf ball. Her theory on how to get it into the hole was to pick it up and throw it at the hole. When this failed to work she would chase after the golf ball and just drop it into the hole : )
After Putt Putt we headed over to the ice cream shop and we were all able to have a dish their ice cream. It was all very good and they had a lot of fun flavors to choose from. We were able to walk around the farm as well to see a few different farm animals before we headed home. We had a fun time seeing and visiting everyone over the long weekend : )
