At the end of March the boys had their spring break from school. They are always excited to get a break from school and with the winter weather we were happy to see things warming up and start doing more outside.
This year for spring break Papa Jim and Uncle Josh came down to visit for the week. A couple of days it was nice enough to be outside. We went to a couple different parks during the week where the kids could play and have a picnic lunch.
The swings are always very popular with my kids. Thomas is starting to learn how to swing himself so that is a nice break from pushing all of three of them. Livvy was finally big enough to swing in the swings this springs and she had lots of fun as well : )
The one park that we went to had a merry-go-round. The boys loved this and got pretty good at running around with it and then hopping on. Although they didn't want to share the merry-go-round so when other kids came to play they would go and play with something else and come back when it was free again.
Livvy really liked walking and crawling around as long as it was still. If it was moving even really slow she wanted off and didn't think it was so much fun anymore. She seemed to do okay if she was being held as well, so Papa was kind enough to help her with that : )
