It was nice that Gramma was here when miss Olivia came into this world. Eric and I were able to leave and be up at the hospital, not that we didn't have some great backup options!
Thought the pregnancy Thomas was really indifferent about the whole idea of a baby. By the last month when he could see and feel the baby I think it was a little more concerning to him. On evening when she moving a lot and she hit his hand, his hand shot away and he was like "What was that!!??" I said something like I don't know maybe her leg.
He looked at me and said "It has legs!?" I think he only then started to realize that there really was a little person inside. Sup was pretty excited throughout and most days thought it would be girl. Since we didn't know if the baby was going to be a boy or girl Eric thought it would be fun for the boys to pick out a little outfit for one of each.
Eric and I put the girl outfit in a brown bag and labeled it baby 1 and the boy outfit and labeled it baby 2. So when we called to say the baby was here and to bring either bag 1 or 2. Eric and I were the only ones who knew what bag was which so it was a fun little surprise when they got to the hospital.
They both fell in love with her instantly! They both really do adore this little girl :)
