After seeing the Garden of the Gods we headed over to Metropolis...Home of Superman. The boys are not too familiar with Superman because Eric is more of a marvel guy but it was fun to see some of the things they had.
By the time we made it to the center of the city where the Superman stuff was all the inside things were closed but they did have some neat things that you could see and do outside. They had your classic cutouts that you could put your head in so here we are.
At first Sup was really interested in being Superman, but by the time he got up there he changes his mind so this was best we could do. Papa and Thomas headed over to the famous phone booth so you could see how Clark Kent changed into Superman.
The biggest attraction is of course the giant Superman statue. It was fun to see and have a change to play around.
