Saturday afternoon we decided to spend at the Air Force Base. We thought that we would take them to the splash pad and the movie theater for the afternoon.
Our first stop was splash pad. Thomas was a little timid at first because neither of the boys like to get their head wet. So they stuck with the things that wouldn't get them too wet. It seems that stepping on these water streams was the least intimidating.
Sup who is normally my little dare devil wasn't too sure about the splash pad either. He stayed pretty close to me and didn't seem to like getting splashed by the water either.
When Uncle Ry Ry got there Thomas seemed to be a little braver with the water and actually got a little wet. It seemed the new game was to see if you could cover the water stream with the rocks.
This actually got Sups interest as well and started to him on the game. This finally helped both of the boys to enjoy the splash pad a little more.
After the splash pad we went over to the little movie theater they have on base and watched Rio. It was a nice and relaxing day for us :)
They were definitely braver when Ryan got there. Fun day!
