We had Thomas registered for preschool back in the spring but with everything going on we didn't get a chance to get his medical form done until today. Thomas and I headed over to the doctors office for his 4 yr appt and get his medical form signed saying that he was a health boy. He did very well at the Dr. and given a clean bill of health, not that we were worried but always good to know.
We were a little disappointed that he only weighed 34 pounds, so he wasn't able to graduate to a booster seat. Although he has gone up on the all the way up to the 25th percentile (he was in the 0-5th for a long time)! Unfortunately he has to get one more shot...not looking forward to that but we'll make our way to the health dept this week or next and get him squared away with that. Then he will be all ready! We are both very excited, it is hard to believe that my baby boy is becoming much more of a child and all grown out of all the baby stuff.
