I have never been a big basketball fan, but for those sport fans out there March is all about college basketball. Since Eric and I have been married we have always done a NCAA bracket. It usually is something we have each filled out and had a fun little competition between us.
This March was no different. This time the winner got breakfast in bed. The breakfast was of the winners choosing. I thought I had this in the bag because history was on my side, I had yet to lose and this was our sixth year. Well I sadly suffered my first loss, by one point no less. If UK would have lost it would have been my victory. But they didn't lose UK held out and won, so Eric was the proud recipient of the breakfast in bed.
So a couple of Saturdays ago I made a pretty good breakfast in bed for him. He had a stack of nice fluffy pancakes with warm maple syrup, scrambled eggs, bacon, berries, and french vanilla hot chocolate. The boys were pretty much drooling over his breakfast as I walked it in for him. It was a good thing there were lots of extras so they were able to pile there plates up with the yummy breakfast as well.
